Martin Williams, chairman of the Friends of Coventry Cathedral, will be showing selections from his archive of film material.

This session is planned to include Gulf Prayers 1991, Most Popular 20th Century Building 1999, Machine On Black Ground art film, Lead Not Leave - Gordon Brown, Casket Of Jewels - Dr James Fox and more.

This is the second of a series of three shows. The third show will be of the Barnard Reyner silent film showing the construction of the Cathedral that the Friends arranged to be digitised - parts of which were used with permission by John Wyver who produced the BBC documentary in 2021.    This will be the first time we have shared the film with members.

The third show is on 26th July, also at 2pm.

The Friends of Coventry Cathedral was founded in 1934. It is an independent Charity No. 1061176 registered in England and Wales, with an annually elected Council.
